Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy covers the CE Suite — the apps, tools, and experiments published by Close Enough Real Good at cerg.app, including LimitList, WhiteSpace, DeepBlocks, DysConvert, AudioSwapper, and the smaller utilities and artifacts linked from the site.

Beta notice

Most of the CE Suite is currently in a pre-1.0 beta intended for testing and feedback, and is provided free of charge during this period. We may introduce paid plans at or after a given app's 1.0 release; existing accounts and data will be preserved.

Who we are

The CE Suite is made by Close Enough Real Good. For privacy questions, email [email protected].

What we collect

How much we collect depends on the app, because they work differently:

• Account information (via Clerk). Apps that support accounts — for example LimitList — store your email address and any sign-in identifiers you choose to use (such as Google).
• Content you create (via Convex). For apps that sync across devices, the content you create — for example your lists and tasks in LimitList — is stored so it can sync to your other devices.
• Local and offline apps. Some apps run entirely in your browser, and some (such as AudioSwapper) are desktop programs that run on your own computer. These don't require an account, and the files or text you work on stay on your device unless the app clearly states otherwise.
• Basic usage logs. Our hosting providers keep standard logs (timestamps, IP addresses, error traces) for security and debugging.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't run third-party advertising or tracking pixels. We don't read your content for marketing or training.

Who we share data with

We only share data with the service providers required to run the CE Suite:

• Clerk — authentication
• Convex — database and sync
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery

Each handles your data under their own privacy policy. Apps published as Claude artifacts are hosted by Anthropic and are subject to Anthropic's terms and privacy policy.

Your data, your control

For apps with accounts, you can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your content from our active database; backups are rotated out within 30 days. To request export or deletion, email the address above.

Changes

We may update this policy as the suite evolves. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page.
